This Privacy Policy explains how Nimble Talents (“Nimble,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of Travel Agent VA, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit travelagentva.com, submit an inquiry, or schedule a call through the website.
Do not submit payment-card information, passport details, health information, passwords, or confidential traveler records through the website’s inquiry form.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
Our current fit-call form may collect your first and last name, email address, telephone number, primary travel-management or CRM platform, another platform name you provide, and related scheduling information. If you contact us directly, we also receive the contents of your message and any information you choose to include.
Information collected automatically
When you use the website or embedded form and calendar, we and our service providers may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, dates and times of access, form activity, cookie identifiers, and information used to prevent fraud or abuse.
2. How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries and communicate about our services;
- schedule, confirm, and manage meetings;
- evaluate whether our services may fit an agency’s needs;
- maintain contact and opportunity records;
- operate, troubleshoot, improve, and secure the website;
- measure website and marketing performance when analytics are enabled;
- prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents;
- comply with law and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
- send marketing communications where permitted, subject to applicable opt-out and consent requirements.
3. How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers: companies that support website hosting, forms, CRM, calendars, email and telephone communications, security, storage, and related business operations. The current website is hosted through Vercel and uses GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for its embedded form, contact records, and booking flow.
- Professional advisers: attorneys, accountants, insurers, and other advisers where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities and other parties: when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud.
- Business transaction parties: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of a business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not currently sell personal information for money or use website information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required notice or choice.
4. Cookies and embedded services
The website and embedded third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies for security, form operation, session continuity, scheduling, preferences, and measurement. We use Google Analytics to understand information such as pages viewed, traffic sources, approximate location, device type, and interactions with website links and forms. Google may process this information under its own privacy terms. You can limit cookies through your browser settings or use Google’s Analytics opt-out tools. We do not use Google Analytics to intentionally collect information entered into our lead form.
Embedded form and scheduling services may receive technical information directly from your browser under their own privacy policies. We evaluate and implement consent or opt-out controls required by applicable law.
5. Communications and choices
Submitting the fit-call form asks us to contact you about your inquiry by email or phone. You may ask us to stop marketing email at any time by using an unsubscribe mechanism in the message or contacting us. Transactional or relationship communications—such as a requested meeting confirmation—may continue when appropriate.
We do not treat submission of the current website form as consent to receive automated marketing text messages. If we offer text marketing, we will request any legally required consent separately. See our Communications Terms.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention depends on the nature of the information, our relationship with you, legal requirements, and whether the information is needed for security or legitimate business records. We delete or deidentify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backups and legal retention requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using appropriate care when deciding what information to send electronically.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction or deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You may submit a request to rick@nimbletalentz.com. Please describe the request and the email or telephone number associated with your information.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. You may also use an authorized agent where permitted by law, subject to verification of the agent’s authority and your identity.
These rights may be limited by exceptions under applicable law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
9. International processing
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
